Los niños de 1º de Primaria están estudiando las plantas. Pinchando en los enlaces más arriba podréis leer la historia de Sid The Seed y cantar The Needs of a Plant.

Living things: animals and plants

These days at school in 2nd grade we are learning a lot of things about animals and plants.

For example, one day we took the seeds of real fruits, and then we planted them in our orchard. It was amazing!!

We also made a big mural with all different kinds of animals (mammals, amphibians, reptiles, insects…) and their characteristics (oviparous, viviparous, vertebrates, invertebrates…) and plants (trees, shrub and grass). 

Estos días en 2º de primaria estamos aprendiendo un montón de cosas sobre los animales y las plantas.

Por ejemplo, un día extrajimos  las semillas de frutas de verdad para después plantarlas en nuestro huerto. Fue increíble!

También hemos hecho un gran mural con todas las especies de animales (mamíferos, anfibios, reptiles, insectos…) y sus características (ovíparos, vivíparos, vertebrados, invertebrados…) y los tipos de plantas (árboles, arbustos y hierba).
